Deccan Pavilion is presenting a festival of international and Indianized sundaes from 19th to 30th April. Beat the summer heat with some sinfully tempting ice-cream recipes - the menu contains international names such as the vanilla bean infused ice cream with raspberry sauce mimicking the famous Framboise Lampone, and Escoffier special 'Peche Melba'- sugar-poached peach topped with a dollop of vanilla ice cream, and Indian version of sundaes such as Gulab Jamun With Vanilla Ice Cream, Nuts And Honey or the Saffron Rasmalai with a caramel infused ice cream.
