Rinky Gupta is conducting a free workshop on preservation of food from 20th April to 7th May, at Kondapur.
There are 5 major ways to preserve food - dry canning, wet canning, dehydrating, smoking and freezing - and the workshop will deal with all the methods. At the end of the training, Rinky will also give the recipies for two popular items, Pina Colada and Healthy Role. The timings of the workshop are 11am to 1pm and 1pm to 3pm.
Rinky Gupta has got a certification in cookery from Neeta Mehta's Institute at New Delhi. For the past 5 years, she has been conducting classes on cookery and on preservation on food. She has trained more than 150 students in these areas so far.
