The government says that the day they start giving things tax-free, the citizens will become irresponsible. Or, in other words, they will become happy. So the only thing that the citizens are going to have tax-free is the government. In a blatant attempt to have something tax-free, Chandrashekhar Phansalkar intended on doing a play free for the junta. One look at the entertainment tax, and he coolly changed the name of his play to 'Tax Free' and played it.
