Modern art can be pretty tricky. There was this lady at a gallery who looked at an assistant and said contemptuously, "Is this what you call 'modern art'?" "No," he replied, "That is what is called a mirror!" Ouch! But no such embarrassments when you have an eye for the art.
Rajeshwar Rao brings an exhibition of his best contemporary paintings to town. Rao finished his BFA from Waltair and his MFA from the Central University. He has done joint collections with Chester and Davida Herwtiz, USA, and for The Wilberding Collection. Awards for his paintings include:
