The Sahaja Yoga Foundation is conducting a free worhshop on Stress Management in The Times Of India Building at Banjara Hills, from 14th to 16th April. The workshop focuses on overcoming stress in daily life by means of Sahaja Yoga.
Stress can lead to many diseases and tensions. Sahaja Yoga is a method of meditation which brings a breakthrough in the evolution of human awareness. It was invented by Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970, and has since spread all around the world - it is practised in more than 120 countries today.
Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self-Realisation (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced.
The Sahaja Yoga techniques will be taught at this workshop by Mayank, Jitesh and other disciples of Mataji Nirmala Devi. Please contact 98499-81216/99125-96271 for further details.
