Mamata Agarwal is conducting a twist gymnastics workshop from 8th to 12th April at Secunderabad. Twist Gymnastics is an order of making certain physical movements. The concept? Any disease occurs because of the lack of optimal spiral energy motion, and thus a diseased body, as a defense, makes a certain posture by some twisting movements, so as revive the spiral energy. Twist Gymnastics is thus a simple and effective technique to reduce body disorders. The fee is Rs 3,500 per participant.

Mamata Agarwal has 8 years of experience in Sujok Acupressure and Acupuncture, Twist Gymanastics and Smile Meditation.
