Get treated to a flood of retro music all the way from Goa, this Friday night at 10DS. The popular pub is presenting a nite by Goa's popular 4-member band Tidal Wave, consisting of Vency Dias on bass guitar and lead vocals, Nelson Mendes on the synthesizer and vocals, Tony Fernandes on electronic drums and lead vocals, and Ally Rodrigues on the rhythm, lead and vocals, who will blast plenty from the past tonite.
Formed in March 1996, Tidal Wave has performed at most mega events in Goa. The band had the opportunity to play at Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune, and is currently the inhouse band at the Taj Fort Aguada Beach Resort. Tidal Wave has a repertoire that includes the latest in pop, rock, reggae, techno and bhangra, and Goan and Portuguese music.
