Inter-College Weight Lifting Championships: Events in Hyderabad

REVIEW FOR INTER-COLLEGE WEIGHT LIFTING CHAMPIONSHIPS

The newspapers have stopped writing about the metrosexual man, so perhaps that's out. But here's something that's always been - the strong man.

The Deccan College Of Engineering And Technology, in association with the Department Of Physical Education (OU), is organizing the Inter-College Weight Lifting Competition For Men, on 13th September at the Lal Bahadur Stadium.

13 college teams are participating in the tournament in the 56 kgs, 62 kgs, 69 kgs, 85 kgs, 94 kgs and 105 kgs weight categories. The colleges are A V College, M J College of Engineering & Technology, Sultan-Ul-Uloom College of Law, Nizam College, S D Signodia College of Arts & Commerce, R G Kedia College of Commerce, Badruka College of Commerce (Day), Nrupatunga Degree & P G College, Dr B R Ambedkar College, Pragathi Maha Vidyalaya, Anwar-Ul-Uloom College, Mumtaz College and Bhavan's Vivekananda College.

Inter-University and Federation rules will be followed. Each college is allowed to send only one player in each of the categories.
