Aditi Somani has designed this Indo-western collection. Aditi owns her own label called Amaya that primarily deals with modern clothing. The collection is targeted at people between the ages of 17 and 45. The prices start off at Rs. 1000 and go up. Don't fret; compared with other brands, this is as good as free.
The material used ranges from chiffon and lycra to crushed-cotton. And there are typical Indian patterns like sequence embroidery, Zardosi, and thread works on shades of pink, beiges, browns, blacks, silvers and other bright colors. The genre can be tentatively called 'party wear', and is essentially a fusion of the West and the East. Common outfits like blouses, capris and skirts will be present.
