Kids Gurucool is conducting a summer camp, In Venturing, from 21st April to 16th May, at Banjara Hills. As part of this camp, Gurucool is going to train children of all ages in arts and crafts, fun thinking, sugandh yoga, slokas, Indian traditional games like kho-kho, langdi, kabaddi, pacchis and chess, scrabble, making useful articles using waste paper plates, broken glasses, broken bangles, waste boxes and old duppatas.
The camp also has classes in Chinese painting, pottery, creative thinking, spelling, calligraphy, gift-wrapping, music, folk dance and Ikebana.
The teachers who are going to train children in different streams are Smita Rani (creative thinking, yoga and theater), Mannu (fun thinking, traditional games and team based games), Lalita (arts and crafts) and Sujatha (spelling). The timings of the camp are 9:30am to 12:45pm, Monday to Friday, and the fee is Rs. 3,500.
