Summer Special Book Exhibition: Events in Hyderabad

REVIEW FOR SUMMER SPECIAL BOOK EXHIBITION

Visalandhra Book House is organising a special summer book exhibition at its Bank Street showroom, from 6th to 20th May. The exhibition will showcase several books for children - cartoons, mythological and general stories, general knowledge, crafts, drawing and coloring, comics and other genres. A discount ranging from 10% to 50% is being offered on the purchases made in the exhibition.

The exhibition has comic heroes like Superman, Batman, Tarzan and Phantom, and mythological tales/figures like Mahabharata, Ramayana, Hanuman and Lord Krishna. There are also Amar Chitra Kathas, including the Jataka tales and the Panchatantra tales, and tales of the witty mullah Naseeruddin and the clever Tenali Raman. For improving creativity, there are craft books, puzzles and games.

Besides those for children, there are several books on literature, novels and poetry, and novels of Gunturu Seshendra Sarma, Dr. C Narayana Reddy, Yendamoori Virendranath, Yeddanapudi Sulochana Rani and Sri Sri for the grown-ups, which also carry attractive discounts.
