Salt & Pepper, the 24-hour coffee shop of The Central Court Hotel, is organising a dosa festival from 9th to 18th May, where more than 25 varieties of dosas will be available, prepared live in front of you. The festival is on from 11am to 11pm on all the ten days, and the buffet costs Rs. 199 + taxes.
The spread contains a wide variety such as paper dosa, MLA dosa, pesarattu, ulli dosa, set dosa, paneer dosa, kal dosa, rava dosa, plain dosa, masala dosa, utappam, appam, vegetable dosa, mushroom dosa, the four feet family dosa, dry fruit dosa, mango dosa, pineapple dosa, kheema dosa, pudina dosa, palak dosa, kottimeeri dosa and coconut dosa.
All dosas come with a choice of veg and non-veg fillings such as potato curry, mushroom curry, prawns malai curry, Malabar fish curry, chicken Chettinad, meen puttu, schezwan, manchuria, mutton kheema, and a variety of chutneys and powders.
