The Department Of Culture is organizing a 100-day program named Satha Roopa, at the Ghantasala Kala Vedika in the premises of Ravindra Bharathi. On this occasion, there are many programs in different classical and folk streams like harikatha, burrakatha, janapada (folk) dance and music, classical dance and music, magic, mimicry and mime.
As part of this, after the Harikatha Saptaham, Burrakatha Saptaham and Janapada Saptaham, it is the Nritya Saptaham from 14th May to 20th May. The programs are as below:
16th May
6:30pm - Andhra Natyam by Kumari Harini from Vijayawada
7:30pm - Dasavataralu: Kuchipudi ballet by Sarvaraya Harikatha School students from Kapileshwaram
17th May
6:30pm - Kuchipudi Dance by Kumari Vedasri from Hyderabad
7:30pm - Chamundi Mahatyam: Kuchipudi ballet by Vempati Nageshwar Rao & Group from Warangal
18th May
6:30pm - Kathak Dance by Kumari Usha from Hyderabad
7:30pm - Kakatiya Kala Vaibhavam: Kuchipudi ballet by Sudhir & Group from Warangal
19th May
6:30pm - Kuchipudi Dance by Kumari Nadiya from Nellore
7:30pm - Radha Madhaveeyam: Kuchipudi ballet by Ramani & Group from Ranga Reddy District
20th May
6:30pm - Kuchipudi Dance by Kumari Uma Maheshwari, Padmini and Harshini from Kakinada
7:30pm - Kaliya Mardhanam: Kuchipudi ballet by Pallavi & Group from Hyderabad
