Cyberitis is a 2-day technical festival organized by the MCA staff and students of the CSE department, Muffakham Jah College of Engineering & Technology. This year, it is being held on the 10th & 11th of April. The event showcases both technical & non-technical events as below:
Travailleur
A project demonstration contest aimed at displaying the participants' skills. Participants are required to demonstrate their model based on today's technology. Prizes worth Rs. 4,500 are up for grabs, with 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners getting Rs. 2,000, Rs. 1,500 and Rs. 1,000 respectively, along with trophies.
JAM
A Just-A-Minute contest here aims at making one prepared for the most common parts of interviews. It tests the ability of the participant to speak on spot. Three prizes will be given in each of three sessions. The winners all get books published by Cambridge University from Speak Easy.
Spidarz
Web-designers all over, time to showcase your creativity. This web page designing contest will prove to be an occasion where in you can discover yourself in a new dimension. The first prize winner gets Rs. 2,000, and the second prize winner gets Rs. 1,000.
Fun Events
This section contains lots of online games, such as Snake and Test Your Response Time.
Tech-Mind
A technical quiz that tests the participants' knowledge not only in technical aspects but also in current affairs. Cash prizes of Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 1,000 will be given to the first and the second winners respectively.
Kalarz
A poster presentation contest that tests the ability to present a topic on a poster. Any technical topic can be chosen. Cash prizes of Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 1,000 will be given to the first and the second winners respectively.
Prozantac
An invitation to all programmers to show off their coding & debugging skills. Got faith in your programming skills? Fight it out here then and prove yourself strong enough in the skills with the highest demand in job market. Cash prizes of Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 1,000 will be given to the first and the second winners respectively.
All the first prize winners also get a dinner package in Central Biryani Paradise and DVDs from Music World. And everyone who gets registered receives a free coupon from Central Biryani Paradise to dine with cool discounts.
