It's a good thing that the Lord Venkateswara is as affluent as he is - 2 marriage anniversaries every year cannot be dirt-cheap, especially considering that a year for us mortals is just a day for the celestials. Gosh, isn't the thought of being God scary? We're sure these people are probably thanking their stars for that conversion factor.
The Sri Venkateswara Bhakta Samajam is celebrating Lord Venkateshwara's Kalyanotsavam for a 3-day period. During the occasion, apart from regular puja and processions, there will be readings of sacred books daily along with cultural programs. The daily schedule is as follows:
