Just the other day there was a Punjabi nite at this happening nightclub. Apart
from the music and ambience, they had to import food also. The problem was that
the drivers kept tasting the delicious food. The guests did not really appreciate
half-chewed naans. To avoid the predicament this time around, we got a Punjabi
food festival happening right next door.

Utsav, rated among the best vegetarian restaurants in town, is going into the
New Year Punjabi style. All the Indian breads: Roti, Naan, Paratha. And then the
trademarks of the land of 5 rivers: Paneer Butter Masala, Panner Tikka, Dal Makkhani,
Sansoon-Ka-Saag and all the lip smacking healthy delicacies. And drink it up with
the Lassi paappe style.
