What can be better than 10 straight days of Annamacharya sankeerthanas? Nothing, of course, but the chief guests of this mega event deserve a mention somewhere below that heading.

The Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini at Annamayyapuram, NAC-Hitex Road, Madhapur, is organising a 10-day grand classical music festival, from 23rd September to 2nd October.

On the occasion of the Devi Navratris and Dussera, the Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini is presenting a vocal recital of Annamacharya Sankeerthanas everyday, from 5:30PM to 8:00PM, as per the schedule given below:

There will be a group chanting of the Vishnu Sahasranama Paraanam and the Annamacharya Astottaram daily from 4:30PM to 5:30PM.

23rd September

6:00PM to 8:00PM - Annamacharya Sankeerthanas by G Sunita
The chief guest for the evening will be Swamy Gnanananda, President of Ramakrishna Math

24th September

The chief guest for the evening will be G Satyavani, Founder, Bharateeyam

The chief guest for the evening will be Pratap Reddy, Chairman of Telugu Academy. Other guests are K V Ramanachari (IAS) and K M Radhakrishna, Music Director, Godavari.

ABV was established in 1983 by Dr Shobha Raju, the great maestro in recital of Annamacharya Sankeertanas and devoted preacher of the saint, who rendered yeoman service of spreading universal love through Annamacharya compositions.
