Musical Nite by Kala Sravanthi: Events in Hyderabad

Isn't it absolutely wonderful that almost every night you have a place to go and
listen to some music? Maybe not many people will agree that the constant yelling
of their wives is music. But how many of you can take on the innumerable musical
shows happening around the town? You'll thank god for providing you with a melodic
wife.

Occasionally though, there are musical programs that you would prefer over the
nagging at home. This is one such show. Great singers, many genres, and many decades
covered. It's a Telugu-movie songs bonanza, with singers rendering numbers from
the classics to the latest class hits - from Ghantasala to Udit Narayan. Distinguished
singers like Gangadhar and Surekha will lead the show into finer moments. The
other famous singers are Mitra, Sunanda, Rajani and Vinod.

Additionally, they'll also have a mono act (inspired by Aadhrak ke panje) and
mimicry by the ever popular, Paremeshwar. This is in celebration of the 16th anniversary
of Kala Sravanthi, a cultural organization basically involved with Telugu mythological
dramas.
