Mentored by one of the city's most prolific artists, Gouri Vemula brings her etchings 
to Hyderabad for the first time. 



A student of the famed Laxma Goud, Gouri Vemula is a recognized name in the Delhi 
art scene. Her graphics, etchings and drawings are distinctive in their use of 
erotic symbols. According to Shehnaaz Arni, curator at Minaz, "Gouri has a style, 
a thinking style that's completely different from what her contemporaries are 
doing."
