PREVIEW FOR EDUCATION WORKSHOP
European education and media consultant, Gereard van der Weijden, will hold a workshop aimed at improving the quality of education as perceived by schoolchildren, their teachers and their parents. For five days Dr. Weijden will talk to these three groups about issues pertinent to them.
Known for his strong theories on the role of newspapers in improving the quality of education, it's not surprising that Dr. Weijden chose to associate with the Deccan Chronicle for this event. Registrations are free, but slots are only open for parents at this point.
The schedule:
Teachers: 10am - 12noon
Students: 2pm - 4pm
Parents: 4pm - 6 pm
