The Twin Towers are out to give a tough competition to the twin cities. All they have in common is Biryani.
The Waterside Cafe at the Taj Banjara is organising a Malaysian food festival. They have a Malaysian Chef flown in especially for this festival. Chef Ishyak, will be accompanied by the in -house chef Neeraj Choudhary. A 10-member dance group, which is going to perform at this 10-day festival, is also arriving from Malaysia.
The lunch at this festival is a 3-course affair, consisting of the soup, the main course including special rice items, and the dessert. The lunch amounts to Rs. 350 + taxes. The dinner is on a grander scale, and includes Malaysian Satey, Cashewnut And Raisin Biryani, Malay Paratha, Roti Jala With Malaysian Chicken Curry, and Steamed Rice Drizzled With Cream. This dinner buffet is available at Rs. 450 + taxes.
