Rajasthan spreads its thirst for good food to Hyderabad. Tonite, the Dal Bati Khurma, and the Gatte Ki Sabjhi are sure to leave you hungry for more.
The Utsav restaurant is presenting the Rajasthani Food Festival, which is exclusively a vegetarian's delight, is going to be in town for a fortnight.
For the starters, the restaurant has the mouth-watering sweet dish Jhaljini. For the main course you can choose from the 15 varieties of curries on offer. These include Paneer Mutter, Dal Bati Khurma, Ghatte Ki Sabjhi, Dum Aloo, Kadhi, Panch Rang Dal and Kesarangiri.
For the rice and roti items they have Missi Roti, Bhajre Ki Roti, Phulka, Khichudo and Katti Rice. Plain rice can be served on request. The chef for this food festival is Srinivas Yadav. To provide better service and satisfaction, the restaurant has done its interiors in the typical Rajasthani style, complete with camel dummys.
