The Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation is organizing its annual table tennis tournament from 11th June to 14th June, at the Victory Playgrounds. The inauguration will be at 11am at the venue on 11th June, and M Mukesh, the BC welfare minister, will be the chief guest for the occasion. The various categories are men, women, junior - boys & girls, subjunior - boys & girls, cadet - boys & girls, and veteran (above 40) - men & women. This is a non-ranking tournament, and there are 12 prizes to be won.
The tournament is being organized by the GHMC's team comprising Premraj, Director of Sports; Jagannath Swamy, the Assistant Director of Sports; and B Nagendra Redddy and his colleagues from the technical committee.
