Tarang, a multi-cuisine restaurant, is celebrating its first anniversary with a Punjabi food festival, from 7th June to 25th June. During the festival, the restaurant will offer a special menu for the buffet lunch priced Rs. 165, while there will be a la carte dinner.
The menu offers a sizzling, tasty and unique combination of dishes. The buffet lunch will have almost 48 varieties of dishes. The customers will first be treated to the welcome drinks, which are 2 Punjabi lassis, Lassi Malai Marke & Matke Ki Chal or badam milk. There are 5 salads to choose from, such as Tandoori Chodar Chat & Lacha Pyas Ke Hari Mirchi, 2 soups to choose such as Dal Pe Lasson Wala Shorba (veg) and Chusan Shorbha (non-veg).
Pulkas & Tandoori Rotis form the basis for the main course, with about 18 varieties of dishes embellishing the vegetarian section, including curries and rice dishes, with Paneer Makhanwala, Aloo Mutter & Kadai Sabji being some of the favorites. The non-vegetarian main course has 8 varieties of dishes, including Mutton Rogan Gosh & Punjabi Dhaba Murg.
Apart from this, there will be five types of desserts, including Teel Ka Ladoo & Kala Jamun. The restaurant has been fully decorated in authentic Punjabi style, to impart the added feeling and enhance your appetite.
