Ramoji Film City (RFC), owned by entrepreneur-cum-film-producer Ramoji Rao and built across 2,000 acres of land, is primarily let out for film shootings. In order to bring out the hidden talents in kids, RFC is now organizing a series of competitions and, for recreation, some entertaining programs for 4 days. School children up to standard X can take part by paying Rs. 175 per head. The amount includes a free school pickup and drop.
Competitions will be held daily in painting, talent show, living art, fancy dress, puppet show and flower arrangement, and there will also be treasure hunt, quiz and Tambola. The children will be divided into 3 categories: the first category will have students belonging to classes I to III, the second students of classes IV to VI, and the third students of classes VII to X. The winners of the daily competitions will be given prizes the same evening.
In the recreation section, the children will have stunt show, thrill rider, caves, site seeing, Ani kids, spirit of Ramoji Film City show, Hoedown show, puppet show and magic show for entertainment.
