Some things don't change with age, and even though adulthood brings in pay for performance, being told that you are good is what gives immense satisfaction. And here's an organization that's making the day of some artists who have dedicated several years to their art.
Aradhana is a cultural, literary and social service organization that conducts programs for budding performers and honors deserving artists. And today it is felicitating four stage personalities and one press personality with 'Visista (Special) Awards' for excellence in their respective fields: J Siddappa Naidu (actor & director), E L Narasimha Rao (actor & director), M Venkataramaiah (actor), K Hanumantha Rao (actor & director) and R V K Rao (media photographer - The New Indian Express).
Justice B S A Swamy, Judge, A P High Court, will present the awards, while Dr Y Saraswathi Rao, Vice-Chancellor, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, will honor the awardees.
