Another exhibition for those who speak through their wallets. The lips of our wallets are sealed shut and glued into place. But that doesn't stop us from gassing on for aeons.
Vision In White is an exhibition that is all geared for the summer. Whites and off-whites dominate this line of saris, salwar kurtas and Indo-Western wear, which is a contribution of some of the country's finest designers. Names like Mona Pali, Mayura Kumar, Gopi Vaid, Latha Puttarna, Pooja Arya, Khoj, Aparna Jaghdali, Ashish & Viral Parik and Manju & Bobby decorate the shelves of Marichika.
The fabrics that have been used widely are cotton, linen, silk, georgette, chiffon and khadi, on which a lot of surface embellishments, elegant prints and embroidery has been used to add to the look.
