The Vivekananda Institute Of Human Excellence is conducting a three-day residential youth camp. This course is being conducted by Swami Srikantananda.

The candidates will be trained in yogasanas, meditation, confidence building, time management, stress management, national integration, harmony of religions, and power of positive thinking. The course will involve question-answer sessions and personal interaction with the Swami Srikantananda.

The students will be expected to stay on the campus on all the three days, and will be required to perform the day-to-day activities alloted to them. They will also be under the direct supervision of Swami Srikantananda. The course commences everyday at 4.30am in the morning. Students will be subjected to prayers, exercise, spiritual discourses, and shramdaan at the ashram, in addition to the normal content of the course.

The fee for this course is Rs. 150, and is inclusive of boarding and lodging. To enroll into this course, the candidates will have to face an interview with Swami Srikantananda, on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 5pm and 6pm. The admissions are currently in progress and the course is open strictly for persons between the age of 18 and 25 years. The dress code for this camp is white.
