Hit star Venkatesh will wind up the day's events by entertaining the audiences with his experiences in the industry and briefing them on the highlights for the final day.
28th January
International stunt group Crust Demons will perform some daredevil stunts with their troupe of professional artistes. Towards the end, Mahesh Babu will arrive and try some of the stunts. In the meantime, Nagarjuna will make an entry on an imported bike with Ayesha Takia on the pillion, reminiscent of a scene from the movie Super. Both Mahesh Babu and Nagarjuna will converse about how important stunts play in the movies worldwide.
To add to that, Pavan Kalyan, along with young performers, will enact various stunt sequences through the ages, using props and SFX, and will also perform a laser action sequence similar to those in The Matrix, synchronising movements with laser beams and with action suspended in mid-air, and will follow that up by stunts by the monks of Shaolin martial art.
Towards the end, there will be a dance performance by children wearing masks of contemporary and early superstars. Finally, a time capsule will be dedicated to the industry, and will be placed in Film Chambers at Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, to be opened only on the 100th year anniversary.
Besides the above performers and stars, Dr Mohan Babu and his sons Vishnu and Manoj, Allu Arjun, Balakrishna, Illeana and Navneet Kaur will perform some sequences. A galaxy of guests from the film fraternity and ministers from the State and the Center are expected to attend this mega event.
The entry to the celebrations is by donor passes only. As most of the passes have been already picked up and several have also been distributed among special invitees and the film circle, there are hardly any left for the general public. Fortunately, it will be covered by Maa TV and will be telecast live on all the three days. For further details, please contact the organising committee at 2355-4558.
