Movies like Sholay are called curry westerns. Curry has almost been declared the
national food of Britain (almost, because the Tories still remain as hard-nosed
as ever). And making mincemeat of something isn't that violent.
A hotel with a very verdant name seems to celebrate the delicacy of the mincemeat and the almost-nationalistic-flavor of the curry. Hotel Green Park is organizing a kebabs and curries festival wherein about 100 mouthwatering vegetarian and non-vegetarian items will be served. Apart from kebabs, they also serve light items like chaats, panipuri, and dahivadas, and weighty ones like Achari Murg Kebab, Adraki Lamb Chops, Tali Hui Machli, Galouti Kebab and Gosht Elaichi Pasanda, all along with curries like Allam Kodi Kura, Royyala Beerakaya Kura and Malabar Fish Curry.
Under the special rice menu, they serve Kachchi Gosht Ki Biryani, Lucknowi Biryani, Kofta Pulao and Kali Moti Biryani. Finally, to end the days' food with desserts, the menu reads Shrikand, Rajbhog, Maalpua, Ice creams, Sugarcane Juice, Thandai, Jal Jeera, Aamras and more. You can taste any of these items in a buffet, and will be charged only Rs. 199.
