Windmills, dykes and now Holland will be known for Indians - Watch out for the hockey tigers, as they gear up to take on the great battle.
The Sports Authority Of India is organizing a camp for the preperation of the 8th Junior Hockey World Cup, going to be held at Rotterdam, Holland, in June. In this camp the players will be subjected to rigorous training exercises, and their abilities will be scrutinised under a strict vigil. The Hockey Federation Of India has already selected 36 probables. They will be undergoing this training, and depending on their form, stability and their previous performance, 18 members will be selected for the team. Along with these, 4 coaches will also be selected.
The selection of the team will get completed by the 23rd of May. India is the holder of the World Cup. They are going to defend the title in June.
