Stop using laziness and heat as a defence mechanism; reinvent yourself at the Apollo Summer Camp.
The Apollo Wellness Center is organizing a summer camp for school children aged between 5 years and 12 years. The program includes sessions on outdoor games, calisthenics, aerobics, karate, yoga and meditation. The camp will also include a 5-star fitness test and talks by specialists on pediatrics, child psychology, lifestyle management, fitness, nutrition and diet.
Computerized health assessment, prescription and counselling to improve body and mind will also be available.
Registration is limited to 50 students, and will be on first-come-first-served basis.
