As part of the ongoing All-India Crafts Mela from 15th to 31st December, Shilparamam is presenting folk songs by Srinivas Goud, on the inaugural day. Goud, along with Kavita, Sikander, Sudhakar, Shiva Kumar and Narendra, will start with Ralla Necklace Pettedhi, followed by Manduloda Ori Mayaloda, Gussa Cheyaku Mamo, Amma Bailelli Naro, Konagomma Longinayi Govule Gilsinayi and other songs.
Srinivas Goud is a self-taught artist, and is a conductor with the APSRTC. He has been singing for the last 10 years. He sings not only folk songs, but also Western and devotional songs. He has sung at many places in Andhra Pradesh, and also performed at Goa on the invitation of the Telugu Association of Goa. He is a registered artiste of the Department of Culture and the ICCR.
