This Sunday, there's something more than usual to the crowds at Prasads. There's a hunt on for a princess.

The Disney Princess Grand Event 2006, being organized by the Walt Disney Company (India) Limited, in association with Funskool India and all the other Disney Princess franchisees in India, is coming to Hyderabad this Sunday, at Prasads Multiplex.

The contest that kicked off on November 19 this year in Mumbai, will travel to five cities across the country to choose a Disney Princess amongst all the little princesses in India. The contest is open to all those between the ages of 4 and 14 years.

The competition, which aims to bring out the creative and expressive sindes of children's minds, will be an experience of a lifetime for the little ones. Children from around the country will participate in various competitions needing their imagination and creative skills.

To enter the contest, all one needs to do is get a Disney Princess tag from any of the Disney Princess products. With the tag in hand, the parents can help their children enrol by calling 1250144 from any BSNL or Airtel phone. On enrolling, the aspiring stars can walk into Prasads Multiplex carrying their tags and display their talent.

The event will be aired on Disney Channel for the entire country to see the kids at their best. Seven contestants will be short-listed, from whom the final winner will be chosen via an audience poll vote through SMS/IVR, and crowned to glory by former Ms. Asia-Pacific, Dia Mirza.
