Here is presenting the Chinese New Year festival by Ming's Court. Exotic dishes from the land of the Far East are sure to awaken the hunger pangs. If not out of hunger, then at least out of curiosity. They are presenting various specialities for each day such as the Dim Sum Festival, the Mongolian Festival, Fisherman's Fare and the Satey Festival.
The Dim Sum festival is going to feature a range of Dim Sums. From Chicken to vegetarian, this starter is going to introduce your stomach to an interesting concoction of tastes. The Dim Sums, which are basically fried Paus, are going to be either steamed or fried.
The Mongolian festival is food prepared in the Mongolian style, and is going to be pan-fried. Vegetarian foods, Chicken, Prawn and Fish immersed in 10-15 sauces that have been imported for this occasion. Some of the sauces available are going to be Hoisian sauce, Plump sauce and Oyster sauce. Here, once you make the entrance, just follow your nose.
Fisherman's Fare is a treat to all the seafood buffs. There are going to be light cooked Crab, Maral, Tiger prawns etc. available to satisfy your desire for the water-world. Mermaids are not a part of the menu, though.
The Satey Festival is a reference to the Malaysian food festival, and consists of chicken, fish and vegetarian food, marinated and served in peanut sauce. Picture this - Squid, grilled, marinated and served in peanut sauce.
The food festival is open only for dinners, and the price is going to be around Rs. 150. The price of the fish dishes will vary according to the order you place. The regular menu is also available. So go ahead and indulge in a feast that is sure to leave you breathless and satiated.
