There was an ancient torture method that was so painful, entire humanity would shudder at its mention. This was started in Sind. The traitor would be tied to a post, and the torturer would slowly eat ghee Parathas with Dal Makhani, at a distance close enough for the traitor to almost taste them but not quite. The scent of the food would drive him mad and he'd beg to be shot.
Parathas still have the same effect. Cashing in on this is one of the greenhorns in the restaurant business in the city, New Yorker.

The Parathas are served in a platter with a combination of either Dal Makhani or Boondi Raitha. Carrot Achaar and Pepsi are complimentary with a platter.
A platter consists of 2 Parathas and Dal Makhani or Boondi Raitha. The Parathas can both be the same or one can have the half-and-half combination. The best part of the fest is the pricing. Rs. 59 for a normal platter and Rs. 69 for a half-and-half platter.
