Every Saturday, the Hyderabad Marriott Poolside will be transformed into a unique dining destination called the Cascade Grill. Clubbed with the mesmerizing ambience of the poolside and the performance of live band Alter Egoz from Hyderabad, the concept will offer a reason for celebrities and socialites to enjoy their kind of music and cuisine.
The band will perform music in various genres including the rock 'n' roll, 60s and 70s rock, old school and contemporary jazz and blues to create an event by itself for live music lovers.
The Marriott Food & Beverage and Culinary team will offer a new trend in grills and barbeque, with Australian steaks, lobster, scallops, red snapper, pork ribs, lamb chops and king crabs, where the guest gets to decide his kind of marination, rubs or accompaniments.
True to the saying "Think Global And Act Local" the culinary team will have innovative Andhra marinations and rubs to make the grills and barbeque an interesting topic to discuss. The finest Belvedere cocktails from the bar's mixologists, and other selections of imported and domestic wines and spirits will be another reason to be here.
