The Australian High Commission, New Delhi, in association with the Hyderabad Film Club, is presenting Australian Visions, a festival of acclaimed Australian films, from 8th to 10th March, at the Prasad Labs Preview Theatre. A total of 8 films will be screened during the film festival.
Today, the inaugural day, Lantana will be screened. The film is directed by Ray Lawrence, and has Anthony LaPaglia, Geoffrey Rush, Barbara Hershey, Kerry Armstrong, Rachael Blake, Vince Colosimo, Russell Dykstra, Leah Purcell, Daniela Farinacci, Peter Phelps and Glen Robbins in the main roles.
A woman disappears. Four marriages are drawn into a tangled web of love, deceit, sex and death. Not all of them survive. Lantana is a psychological thriller about love. It's about the mistakes we make, the consequences we suffer, and the attempts we make to fix things up.
