Perfectly blended chilli and spicy dishes from the heart of Andhra bear down on the heavily laden buffet table. Expect mouthwatering rasams, sambaars and pickles with lovely ghaatu that will remind you of your baama.

Then there are the ubiquitous vepudus - whether artikai, dondakai, kakarkai or bendakai. The non vegetarians can have their share of chicken, mutton and fish in pulusulu, and flavoured with gongura.
