REVIEW FOR PUNJABI FOOD FESTIVAL
With Christmas and Lohri around the corner, Utsav is organising a food festival of Punjabi delicacies from 21st December to 6th January. Don't ask for the connection, please just move on to the next paragraph.
The exclusive dishes are all available everyday during these 17 days, a la carte, for both lunch and dinner. In starters, there are Paneer Taash Kebab and Amritsari Paneer Tikka, and for the main course, there are Paneer Punjabi, Mutter Paneer, Sarson Ka Saag, Baigan Bharta, Paneer Pakoda, Alu Gobi, Ma Ki Dal and many more on offer.
Then there are Methi Muli Paranthas and Makai Ki Roti for breads, and in the end, the Patiala Ki Lassi. For those who insist on their dessert, Gajerila, Jalebi, Rabdi and more are waiting to be savored, along with Matka Kulfi and other ice-creams.
