Credit card is a nightmare. More so with the bills and even worse with phone calls.
After the stupendous success of the screening of the collection of short films, 'Women In Cinema' and 'Shortcuts', the Shortcuts Film Club is presenting this month's theme called 'The Indian Connection'. This festival is being conducted to promote the films of India that do not fit into the Bollywood framework. This month they have chosen to screen four short films at the Prasad Labs Preview Theatre.
This short film is about a girl staying in USA, who calls her credit card service to check her balance. The call then goes into different options and funny promos. Slowly the call turns into a nightmare. It shows the life style of Americans that has now also hit the Indian towns. Anand's No Exit, has been directed by Anand, and Gaitri Devi plays the female lead. The cinematography is done by Alphonse Roy, an Emmy Award winner for his work on wildlife in the BBC and National Geographic Channel.
