From agro bio-technology, to potential benefits and risks of genetically-modified crop cultivation, to the role India has played in R&D in biotechnology, there are a myriad vibrant issues that will be discussed in the seminars held at the Agribiotech 2006 at Pragati Resorts.
The objectives of this conference is to provide a platform for scientists, farmers and the agri-biotech industry in India to interact, transact business, collaborate with their counterparts from developing and developed countries.
It is being jointly organized by APIDC, All India Biotech Association, Southern Chapter(AIBA, SC), Federation of Asian Biotech Associations (FABA), Pragati Agri-Biotech Pvt. Ltd., AP Netherlands Biotechnology Program (APNLBP) and Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU).
The exhibition of Agribiotech 2006 is expected to receive more than 10,000 scientists, progressive farmers, agribiotech industry leaders, venture capital companies, teachers, researchers and students and over 400 conference delegates.
