Anita extracts her revenge by stranding her boyfriend in mid-air.
After the stupendous success of the screening of the collection of short films, 'Women In Cinema' and 'Shortcuts', the Shortcuts Film Club is presenting this month's theme called 'The Indian Connection'. This festival is being conducted to promote the films of India that do not fit into the Bollywood framework. This month they have chosen to screen four short films at the Prasad Labs Preview Theatre.
Me, My Swami & I centres around Dale, a hippie based in London, who pretends that he can levitate, using the Balducci Method. It is an optical trick which depends on the angle you stand at, and the position of the person watching. Dale uses this trick to befriend girls. When one of them, Anita Singh, discovers that he is a fake, she goes to a night-class where she actually learns to levitate. Anita gets her revenge by casting a spell on him that makes him take off in air, like Peter Pan, and he finds himself floating in mid-air, stranded above the aisles of his own local super market.
