a month long multi-cuisine dinner buffet, where over 60 vegetarian and non-vegetarian
specialty items will be on offer. The uniqueness of the buffet is that there will
be a Live Specialty Counter that comes alive with special items, everyday!
The list of the multi-cuisine dinner buffet day-wise each week is as follows:

Tuesdays - Dosas
Wednesdays - Tawa Takatak
Thursdays - Tikki Chaat
Fridays - Parathas
Saturdays - More Parathas!
Sundays - Liver / Fish Fry
Some of the non-vegetarian specialties that will be served on order are Murgh Malai, Dum Ka Murgh, Achari Murg, Chicken Chut-Put, Chicken Chettinad, Butter Chicken, Nellore Fish Curry, Goan Fish Curry, Methi Murgh Masala, Kalai Saphed, Mutton Rogan Josh, Egg Masala, etc.
The vegetarian specialties are Mixed Veg Porial, Panner Makhani, Nizami Handi, Shabnam Curry, Alu Chutneywale, Crispy Fried Vegetales, Paneer Butter Masala, etc.
