The Sahaja Yoga Foundation is conducting a free workshop on Stress Management at The Times Of India building at Banjara Hills, from 28th to 29th May. The workshop will focus on overcoming stress in daily life by means of Sahaja Yoga. The timings of the workshop are 6:30am to 8am.
We all know stress can lead to many diseases and tensions. Sahaja Yoga is a method of meditation that has been a breakthrough in the evolution of human awareness. It was invented by Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970, and has since spread all around the world - it is practised in more than 120 countries today.
Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self-Realisation (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced.
The Sahaja Yoga techniques will be taught at this workshop by Mayank, Jitesh and other disciples of Mataji Nirmala Devi. Please contact 98499-81216/99125-96271 for further details.
