6 sessions later, you'll never be able to use the word personality to describe certain features of the girl next door again. The Mahatma, then, may be another matter altogether.
To help the youth and the general public develop in all the vital aspects of personality, viz. the physical, mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual dimensions, the Vivekananda Institute Of Human Excellence is conducting a personality development course. Here, yoga asanas and meditation will be taught, and inspiring talks on relevant subjects arranged.
This course will be conducted only on Sundays. There will be 6 classes, and the age requirement is 16 years and above. The admissions for this course are open.
