Relish the Kathal ke Kebab (braised chunks of jack fruit marinated and cooked with ground aromatic spices), Pudina Paneer Kabab, Tikka Kabab, Dal Panchratni Kebab (shallow fried kebabs made from a blend of five lentils), Vegetable Shashlik Kebab, Mughlai Seekh Kebab, Hari Bari Kebab, Afghani Kebab, Chicken and Mutton Kalimirch Kebab and many more mouth watering names...yeah, as you've noticed, we've silently entered non veg territory.
The offerings have been specially promoted in four platters, as Non-vegetarian chicken kebabs at Rs. 215, Mutton, Fish and Chicken kebabs at Rs. 245, Vegetarian Paneer kebabs at Rs. 185
Vegetarian Fried kebabs at Rs. 165. We haven't accounted for the taxman's bills.
You can also browse through their regular menu with Tandoori crabs, pomfret, king prawns and lobsters, all priced between Rs. 250 to Rs. 700.
Zafraan, the fine North-Indian Cuisine Restaurant at the bustling Raj Bhavan Road, is organising this festival. Chef Hemraj Sharma has been flown in from Delhi to mint these mouth-watering kebabs for you till the 25th of August.
