Your roasts come right off their hot barbeque grills at the Grills From The South Of The Equator Food Festival. As the name suggests, the festival is on to savour the dishes from the countries from the bottom half of the planet like Seychelles, Indonesia, Mauritius, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand.
Some of the hot grilled items you can find on the menu are the Char-grilled Red Snapper, Marinated Pork Chops With Fava Beans, Corn and Jelapeno Tamale with Lime Bean Stew and Hot And Spicy Brazillian Chorizo Sausages.
It's quite interesting that even the deserts include grilled ingredients. The Chocolate Mud Cake With Kahlua Cream and Fresh Grilled Marshmallows and the Grilled Vanilla Bean Polenta With Marinated Raspberries are some of the special deserts you can expect to find here.
