ICMAS (International Concept of Mental Arithmetic System) is dedicated to propagate the concepts of the Abacus and mental mathematical calculations among children to unleash, accelerate and energize their hidden talents, based on the improved Japanese Abacus system of education.
Our brain has left and right hemispheres. The left brain is the conventional brain, and the right brain is the base of intelligence. About 90 per cent of us use only the left brain. But in the ICMAS program, children are trained to use their right brain more, resulting in a very effective performance in all their activities.
ICMAS is organizing a month-long workshop for adults who want to set up ICMAS centres in Hyderabad and train kids in Abacus. The course fee is Rs. 15,000 per participant. After the course completion, certificates are issued, and advertisement material (pamphlets) is given to publicize ICMAS Abacus when the franchise is opened.
