Albert (Albert Prejean), a street singer, and Louis (Edmond T Greville), a street hawker, are inseparable friends. They encounter a young foreign woman (Pola Illery). Albert falls in love with her, but accused of a robbery he hasn't done, he is sent in jail. Louis takes advantage of that to seduce Paula. Released, Albert wanders again.
